In the NFL, the RPO (run/pass option) has become the staple of most teams’ playbook. It allows the QB to react to what’s in front of them and select their play accordingly. This project was Quarterback’s RPO. Our task: demonstrate the range of possibilities within a single space to entice tenants and lease the entire building. All without breaking the bank. Did it work? So spectacularly, clients commissioned the same ‘menu’ layout themselves.
