Restricted by the confines of Spitalfields Market, the building’s roof terrace was an underused resource. No longer.

The vision was ambitious; the logistics more so. The scope included de-massing of the stair and lift cores, lift modifications and drainage installation: no easy task in this location.

Several cranes later, the results are outstanding: a high-spec space built to astonish, the breathtaking panorama accentuated by a superior experience for all the building’s users.
